Summary: Part 2 of a 3-part series on the 3-part makeup of created man; body, soul, and spirit. The soul is the ID, if you will, of a person. It is the emotional makeup of a person, and drives the nature of a person. The soul is eternal. It's the part of a person that communicates with eternity. It cannot be destroyed, terminated, or lost. Souls can be given over to Satan's eternal ownership, or saved from Satan's coming damnation. The soul will be reunited with the body after death for the Judgment. A soul that belongs to Jesus is a restful soul.
