Summary: There is a billboard that says, "Alcohol addiction is a disease, not a moral failure". The disease that is being spread around in our society and all of us are susceptible to is, "Its not my fault" or "I can't help the way I am." We first were given five identifying marks of blame shifters: 1. Blaming others. 2. Asking subversive questions. 3. Smoothing it over. 4. Making it up in other areas and 5. Comparing ourselves with others. Then we were given four sobering realities: 1. I will give account of myself to God. 2. God is not mocked. 3. Some men's sins are open beforehand, taken care of and 4. I must compare myself with Christ, and no one else. This is how we can keep from catching the disease that will destroy us and send us to hell.
