Summary: Pilgrim Conference was founded on the basis of taking the Bible as our basis of doctrine and practice. Today, most of the influence in the Conference comes from the generation after her formation. We are faced with the peril of using the written word against the living Word, of trying to get what we want because there's nothing written in the Bible - or the church standard - against it. Changing from this course will increase our respect for civil and church authority and allow our brotherhood to speak into our lives.
